Refund Policy
This policy explains how LogoForge AI handles refunds for subscriptions and credit purchases.
Subscription charges
If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@symplyai.io promptly with your account email and payment details so we can review the charge.
Where required by law, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules and our payment provider's requirements.
Credit packs and generated usage
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered or consumed, except where required by law or when a duplicate or fraudulent charge is confirmed.
If a verified platform-side billing error prevented you from receiving purchased access, we will investigate and correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
